  • What time is check-in/check-out?

    Check-in is at 4 PM and guests can arrive any time after.

    Check-out is at 11 AM or before.

    Please make sure the dates on your reservation confirmation are correct. Early arrivals and late departures may be available at times when we do not have another reservation for an additional fee. We will not be able to confirm or deny an early check in/out requests until three days prior to your arrival. Please email or call our office at 843.851.1869 for additional details. ALL EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS MUST BE CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL OR IN WRITING.

  • What is the minimum age to make a reservation?

    Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation at any follyvacation rental.

  • What is the minimum night to stay?

    Yes, we do require at least a two night minimum night stay.

  • Are linens, bath towels, and toiletries provided?

    Upon your arrival, the home will be complete with all the basic necessities; all beds will be made with fresh linens and bath towels will are provided. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach, you will need to bring beach towels with you. Each bathroom will have an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet tissue. The kitchen will have an initial stock of dishwasher soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

  • Is there free parking?

    Parking is included, however the number of vehicles is specific to each property and is detailed in the listing.

    The Hudson Building Guests:

    When you arrive you will find a parking pass inside the apartment. This parking pass must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Failure to display the pass may result in your vehicle being towed. At the end of your stay, please place the parking pass back inside the apartment.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be done via email. Your advance payment is refundable in full provided that the cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival date. However, there is a non-refundable $100.00 cancellation fee that will be applied to your refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to arrival, will forfeit 50% of the full amount due (for the entire reservation). Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival will not receive a refund. Refunds are not given for inclement weather, road or airport closings, late arrivals, or early departures.

  • Are all vacation rentals pet friendly?

    YES, dogs are welcome upon approval. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged based upon the length of stay; reservations 3 nights or less will pay a $100 per pet fee, or reservations 4 or more nights will pay $150 per pet. Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused by their pet and must obey all Folly Beach pet rules and regulations. Please make sure you read our PET POLICY listed on website our under guest information.

  • How close is the beach?

    Our vacation rentals are two to three blocks from the beach! Please see details of each home listing for exact location.

  • How far away is downtown Charleston?

    Folly Beach is located approximately 10 miles from historical downtown Charleston. The drives takes approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
