This 3 bedroom, 4 bath home offers comfortable living accommodations for 8 people.  Upon entering the home you’ll notice the spacious open living area, dining, a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and laundry area. The first floor easily promises additional sleeping furnished with a custom L shaped leather queen size sleeper sofa, as well as a twin daybed lounge sofa. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Upstairs the second floor has 2 bedrooms; one King and a bunk room with a single and queen size bed, each with high end mattresses, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and 2 full size baths.  The third floor king size master suite with full bath is a delightful retreat with all that the others have to offer, as well as a quiet sitting area and a large outside reserved balcony with chaise lounges and chairs.  
There is plenty of room to relax in this home with an amazing outdoor area to enjoy. The deck porch is furnished with double chat lounge sofas, dining table and chairs and a grill. The yard is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced with lots of space for the kids to play, or dogs that come along.  The outdoor private rain shower is always a favorite at the end of a fun day at the beach! When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs.   
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights.  The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home is 1,400 Sq. Ft.
This home has a private driveway for two vehicles plus good street parking, and is located very close to the beach, downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more. 
As a friendly reminder, we do not allow parties or events; our homes are intended for quiet stays. This home is equipped with noise monitoring technology to ensure a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors.
