On the first floor, this home has a living room comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath powder room, laundry and primary King size bedroom with a full bath. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Upstairs on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, each have high end mattresses, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and a full size Jack and Jill bathroom.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor hot and cold rain shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play. When you’re ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs This home is 1,600 Sq. Ft.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and to Center Street. This home is located just 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.
