This renovated two-bedroom, two-bath home offers comfortable living accommodations with an amazing outdoor space completely fenced and plenty of parking, all within a short walk to the beach. The beach bungalow features beautiful reclaimed wood vaulted ceilings and smooth, stained concrete floors that are cool on bare feet. The cozy living area is perfect for families to watch a movie on the flat screen TV or just be together, furnishings include an L-shaped leather sofa that opens out into queen size bed. The modernized kitchen has granite countertops, top of the line appliances, custom cabinetry and everything you need to cook your favorite meal. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Each bedroom has a super comfy king size bed, custom wardrobe and a flat screen TV. Both full size bathrooms have large walk-in showers, with beautiful stone finishes. When you’re ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs that we stow away in the laundry room with double washer and dryer.
The yard is nicely landscaped and completely fenced with lots of play room for the kids or dogs who tag along. With plenty of seating, the outdoor patio area is a great place to sit back and relax, or fire up the grill and enjoy your meals outside. And, the private outdoor rain shower is always a favorite to end a fun day at the beach.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
This home is on a corner lot, with private parking in front of the home and additional parking on the side street. This home is 1,000 Sq. Ft.
